Rotterdam-Albrandswaard is a municipality located in the province of South Holland in the Netherlands. It was formed in 1985 by merging the municipalities of Poortugaal and Rhoon. The municipality has a population of approximately 25,000 people and covers an area of 23.88 square kilometers.
Rotterdam-Albrandswaard is situated on the south bank of the Nieuwe Maas river, which forms the northern boundary of the municipality. The largest town in the municipality is Rhoon, which has a historic village center and several parks and gardens.
